EU Customers Right of Withdrawal

Returns or refunds for EU customers only

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their items. To exercise this right, please notify us within the withdrawal period. By cancelling, you agree that all costs for the return shipment will be covered by you including any duty/import tax back into Thailand will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that your returned item must be:

• in the same condition as when you received it,
• in its original packaging (with tags/labels/attachments), and
• any item(s) that did not meet the above criteria (e.g. smell of cigarette smoke, covered in dust or animal fur, etc.) will not be entitled to be returned or refunded.
