Return and Refund Policy

No returns or refunds will be processed for a change of mind

Strictly no returns or refunds for a change of mind.

No exchanges for sizing

Please ensure you select the correct size when placing your order. We do not accept size-related returns or exchanges as a general policy. Any exceptions will be handled strictly on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. If an exception is granted, the customer will be fully responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping to Thailand, re-shipping fees, and any import duties or taxes incurred upon the item's return into Thailand, which will be billed along with the re-shipping cost.

Returns for incorrect items received or items with manufacturing defects

If you received items that are different to your order (e.g different style or size to your actual order), you are entitled to receive a replacement at no extra cost or a refund. They must however be returned to us within 30 DAYS from the purchase order date, in which we will send a prepaid return postage label. You must also report this to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your item(s) by sending us an email to info@arwutxwbcmt.com so that we are notified of this incident. If you have not done any of the above, there will strictly be no further discussions in replacing or refunding the item.

To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, your returned item must be:

  • in the same condition as when you received it,
  • in its original packaging (with tags/labels/attachments), and
  • any item(s) that did not meet the above criteria (e.g. smell of cigarette smoke, covered in dust or animal fur, etc.) will not be entitled to be replaced or refunded.

Damaged items in order

We disclaim any responsibility and costs associated to items damaged after leaving our warehouse, for example, if the item(s) was/were damaged by a courier or during a customs inspection. We enforce a strict quality control procedure to ensure that all our products leave our warehouse in tiptop condition.

Returns in this regard will not be eligible.

Refunds

If you selected a refund for incorrect or manufacturing defective items returns, instead of us replacing the item(s), once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. Please be mindful and read the above returns section.

Once the return is satisfactory and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method used to purchase your item(s).

Returns Require Pre-Approval

Do not return any items without receiving prior written approval from us. Unauthorized returns will automatically be rejected. If a parcel is returned to us without approval and incurs import duties or taxes upon entering Thailand, we will not cover these costs — and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. These charges are non-refundable, and we cannot absorb expenses caused by unapproved returns.

Customers are fully responsible for the safe return of any approved items. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We will not cover any costs or issue refunds for items that are lost, damaged, or undelivered during the return process.

Failure to Complete Return Process 

If we approve a return and you fail to pay the required import tax, duties and/or re-shipping fees, the item will not be sent back out, and no refund will be issued, even if you have already sent back your items. We are unable to absorb these costs, and incomplete return processes means the order is considered fulfilled, with no compensation given.
