Important Notice for Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes charged by customs authorities in your country for your order are solely your responsibility. Arwut X WBC Muay Thai has no control over what these charges are nor can we predict what they may be. As a result, Arwut X WBC Muay Thai is exempt from any duties and taxes incurred in the customer’s country of destination and we will not refund any monies paid for your order in the event that you refuse to pay the charges incurred.

You may also wish to contact your local customs office to verify any import duties and taxes payable.

Order Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped from our central warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. We aim to process and ship your order(s) within 2 business days.

Please note that orders are not processed nor shipped on Sundays or Thai public holidays. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on which shipping option was selected. We have strategically partnered with various couriers and shipping companies, all reliable and fast, for orders processed and shipped from Bangkok. Our current delivery companies used are DHL Express, Yun Express and Thailand Post. 

If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, please be aware that shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay detected, we assure you that we will get in touch with you via email or telephone. We apologize in advance for any unforeseen circumstances.

Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery and depending on your location, delays during customs clearance. These will be entirely outside of our control. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by remote delivery locations or from adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to volumetric weight and destination of your order.

Please note that if your delivery address is in a remote location, we will contact you to either charge you this surcharge or use a standard postal service instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine in advance whether a delivery address is considered remote, as this classification is determined by our delivery partners and depends on their routing and service zones. 

If your country is not one currently included in our shipping areas, please do not hesitate to email us about the items you are looking at purchasing and we will email you with the correct shipping cost to your country.

Yun Standard / Thailand Post: 9-21 business days
